“Because of Acid, I now know that butter is way better than margarine.”

Turn off your mind, relax, and float down stream… This is on some bad acid, Edvard Munch, 70’s slasher movie movie, crimson and clover, my brain is melting, this is only a dream, I can’t feel my face, fear and loathing, that was fucking trippy, shit. If this shirt was a movie it would be directed by Darren Aronofsky, star Nico and feature a Velvet Underground soundtrack. These were originally gig posters by Seattle-based artist and CMRTYZ co-founder, Carlos Ruiz (the Phillies catcher? nah, that’s gotta be as common as John Smith) It’s supposed to be a tribute to punk rock aesthetic but if you ask me, you give a hippie some crayons and you got yourself a Jefferson Airplane concert poster. But I digress. The brand states, “we produced these shirts in a truly “punk rock” state of mind… Wear it, Dont wash it”.  Great advice!  I imagine they go on to advise you not to shower either, and to reject societal norms and punch people in the face at least once a day, but their press manager decided to leave that out.

From CMRTYZ get it here and get more dingy advice on their site here
